• INSTRUCTIONS: Apply the product as a primer/Encapsulator on steel or cast iron that is clean or corroded. Prepare the surface by using a stiff brush or wire brush/wheel to mechanically remove loose flaking rust. Use a solvent like PRE or Acetone to eliminate any grease, oils, or other contaminants on the surface. Use a brush, roller, or spray applicator. Refer to the manual for additional detailed guidance.
